Registration is now open for the 6th Annual Southern Colorado Domestic Violence Symposium: The Invisible Psychological Scars to Children from Family Violence. The symposium will be held on October 21st from 8 am to 4:30 pm at the Occhiato Center on the campus of CSU-Pueblo. This year, Naomi Haines Griffith will be our plenary speaker and you won’t want to miss her! We will also have several afternoon breakout sessions available. Please see the attached registration form and flyer for more details.
Cost is $80 per registrant if received prior to October 1, 2014. Thereafter, the registration fee increases to $100. Partial scholarships ($40) are available for those agencies or individuals in need of financial assistance. The scholarships are provided by the Pueblo Domestic Violence Community Task Force.
Similar to years past, we anticipate having 6-9 CLEs available and are in the process of securing those. CEUs will also be available.
We are very excited about the presentations for this year’s symposium! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. Thank you in advance for your help in ensuring we have another successful symposium. Together we can make a difference!
