The purpose:

The extraordinary sensitivity of horses, their unique and powerful response to women and capacity to facilitate healing will be experience in this equine assisted therapy group. This partnership inspires and challenges the work of women in recovery to regain mastery and confidence in their own lives!

This group is for self-identified females, that are survivors of sexual assault.

Facilitator: Jackie Ashley (LPC, BC-DMT) is a Somatic psychotherapist, a registered Dance Movement Therapist, is certified in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and is a practitioner of a Somatic Experiencing. Through the use of movement, body awareness, contemplative practices and the creative process, she helps her clients and students to further integrate their emotional and physical experience.

Location: Longmont

Dates and time: Starting late February!

Saturdays from 10am to 12pm (8 consecutive sessions)
$35 per session
