Anonymous Sexual Abuse Recovery
This web site contains information regarding the extensive research Dr. Hopper has conducted on the lasting effects of child abuse. His emphasis is on male abuse but he has also worked as a therapist with both men and women who were abused in childhood.This site has a great links list as well.

Arte Sana
Arte Sana is a nonprofit agency for underserved survivors of gender and racial violence that promotes healing and empowerment through the arts and community education. This site has information for survivors in both English and Spanish.

Gift From Within
This site has information on Post Traumatic Stress disorder  for survivors and trauma workers. Their philosophy is to rekindle hope and restore dignity to trauma survivors by offering educational materials, including videotapes,articles, books, survivor poetry and art gallery and a roster of survivors who participate in an international network of peer support.

Mary's Hope
Education, training and resources about healing the spiritual wounds experienced by victims of sexual assault.

The Sidran Foundation
The Sidran Traumatic Stress Foundation provides resources and information that aim to empower survivors, educate loved ones, support clinicians, and replace the stigma of traumatic stress conditions with greater acceptance and understanding.

The Wounded Healer Journal
The purpose of The Wounded Healer Journal is to be a point of presence on the web for psychotherapists and others who have experienced the devastation of traumatic experiences, including child abuse.

Victim Compensation Applications

The applications for Crime Victim Compensation for Denver can now be downloaded from the DA website.  Go to www.denverda.org, click on Victim Information, then on Victim Compensation.  When referring victims to the website, please encourage them to read the brief explanation of the program that is included.  The application is in both English and Spanish and must be printed and then completed to ensure that it is signed.
