As many of you know, CCASA is undergoing some significant changes. We are in an exciting state of transition and are very much looking forward to taking the coalition forward. ORGANIZATIONAL PHILOSOPHY

To purposefully work from and for the perspectives of all persons impacted by sexual violence. CCASA's philosophy is achieved through identifying and respectfully embracing all types of communities by practicing active listening, understanding each community's unique needs and becoming involved; Actively and collaboratively working with all communities to eliminate sexual violence; developing and studying infromation and education on the intersections of oppression and sexual violence; and establishing a framework for addressing the perpetuation of casual reference, denial, avoidance and tolerance of sexual violence throughout society.
