Alison McCarthy

Alison has over a decade of experience working to prevent and address interpersonal violence. Currently she works as the Victim Rights Legal Services Victim Services Specialist with Rocky Mountain Victim Law Center.

She is originally from France and lived in Singapore, Egypt, Dubai, and Australia before settling in Colorado in 2005. She earned her Masters of Social Work with a certificate in Animal-Assisted Social Work from the University of Denver in 2014. Her time outside of work is spent connecting with loved ones, cuddling with her rescue cat Monroe, and enjoying spontaneous dance parties.
