This webinar will give an overview of the social-ecological model as a framework for violence prevention, particularly as it relates to engaging youth while honoring their struggle for personal autonomy. We will explore institutional, interpersonal, and internalized oppression and dominance, the cycle of abuse, recognizing trauma and stress, and effective strategies for anti-violence educators and allies.
