Over the last several years, there have been numerous changes to Colorado law affording survivors of sexual violence options for reporting. These changes, largely precipitated by changes to the federal VAWA, are crucial to understand if you work with survivors in any capacity. This training will explain all three reporting options available, including the options for payment, so you can better understand the law and feel equipped to clearly explain to survivors the choices they have.
