You are not alone. You are not to blame. You are not broken. you are not too much. If you do not know who to go to right now, this zine gives you some ideas of where you can go for understanding and support. (2) To guide you, the friends of young people who are survivors of sexual assault, as you learn the basics of how to care for someone who is hurt while also making sure that they are staying healthy. Victims of sexual assault are more likely to go to a class friend for help before they go to law enforcement, counsellors, adults, and people in authority. Thank your for being that friend. Than you for being safe. You are an important part of the healing process. El propósito de zine es (1) Darte apoyo, jóvenes que son sobrevivientes de asalto sexual, que buscan recursos, comprensión y un camino hacia la curación. Tú no estás solo. Tú no tienes la culpa. Tú no estás derrotado. No eres demasiado. Si no sabes a quien acudir ahora mismo, este zine te da algunas ideas de dónde acudir por apoyo y comprensión. (2) Para darte una guía, los amigos de los jóvenes quienes son sobrevivientes de asalto sexual, a medida que aprendes los conceptos de cómo cuidar a alguien que está herido mientras te aseguras de que permanezcan saludables.
