COVA is proud to host a crime victim and survivor-focused forum for the Colorado Gubernatorial and Attorney General candidates and their representatives. We chose to hold this event on September 25, 2018 because it is the National Day of Remembrance for Murder Victims. While the Governor and Attorney General Offices are responsible for upholding the laws of Colorado, rather than making them, their positions on crime victims’ rights and criminal justice issues will have a profound impact statewide.
