Event: Safety & Empowerment Skills for Women

We offer safety and empowerment skills trainings  in a safe, supportive, non‐competitive environment by The Blue Bench‐certified instructors who have extensive backgrounds in victim related issues. All classes are taught and attended exclusively by female‐identified women and girls. We strive to ensure that classes are appropriate for all students, regardless of strength or physical ability.
