While confinement in prisons, jails, immigration detention, and other facilities can present challenges to the delivery of confidential victim services, these services are critical and help facilitate survivor safety and recovery. This webinar will provide an overview of confined survivors’ privacy needs, discuss barriers to confidential support services, and explore opportunities for delivery of confidential services in correctional and detention settings, including sharing ideas from advocates and lawyers engaged in this work.
