The Victim Rights Act (VRA) provides important rights and opportunities for participation to victims of crime in criminal cases. In 2022 the Colorado Legislature made substantial updates to the VRA to expand some of the rights and protections crime victims have. In this webinar, the Rocky Mountain Victim Law Center will provide an update on the changes made to the VRA this year, and how they impact victims of crime.
