Join Inside Out Youth Services for an LGBTQ 101: Becoming an Ally webinar! Staff will cover:
- Introduction to the LGBTQ community
- Terminology related to gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation
- Learning hetero-normative bias in community, workplace
- Beginning of Allyship
