The Moving to End Sexual Assault (MESA) Manager manages the operations of the MESA program including all client services, prevention education, outreach, and development activities.

Job Summary:

As the MESA Program Manager, you will manage the daily operations of the program serving as the primary point of communication, oversight, and management regarding program needs, requirements and development. You will oversee the planning, in collaboration with the Director, and implementation of the strategic direction of the team, budgeting, including grants, reporting and financial spend down on all contracts. You will support staff by training, guiding, coaching, disseminating, delegating responsibilities, evaluating performance, and providing performance feedback. You would report to the MESA Director.

What we need for this job:

  • Masters’ Degree in non-profit management, public administration, human services, or related field required.
  • Two (2) years experience in sexual violence
  • Three (3) year’s previous supervisory experience required.
  • Previous work experience at, or working with, a non-profit organization required.
  • Previous work experience in grant writing/management
  • Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE) not required.
  • Experience working in sexual violence field
