CCASA’s Sexual Assault Advocate Training Institute (SAATI) provides 26* of the 30 training hours necessary to meet statutory requirements for advocate privilege. SAATI is designed for staff at community- and campus-based sexual and domestic violence advocacy programs. It is also appropriate for staff at law enforcement and district attorney’s victim assistance programs.

SAATI will increase participants’ knowledge and skills to support survivors of sexual assault as well as provide participants with information and tools to bring back to their agency to train other staff and volunteers.

CCASA will soon be providing two ways to complete the 26 hours of SAATI: Synchronously with a group of advocates from around the state and at your own pace!
