Learn about SART Peers, a sexual violence peer education program that has been operating in Northern Colorado for 25 years. Presenters Abbey Collins and Hope Cornelis coordinate this program in several diverse school districts and will share strengths, challenges, and tips for implementing a program like this in your community. You’ll engage in interactive activities, examine the data surrounding its effectiveness, and get to hear from a current SART Peer Educator. Lastly, the presenters will provide information about an upcoming comprehensive training on how to implement the SART Peers Program in your school district or community.
