Organization: Rocky Mountain Victim Law Center and Colorado Department of Education
02/07/2020
Presented by:
Alexis King, Title IX Staff Attorney at Rocky Mountain Victim Law Center
Rebekah Ottenbreit, English Language Development Specialist and Title IX State Coordinator for the Colorado Department of Education

CCASA hosted a panel to discuss how we anticipate the new Title IX Regulations released last month will affect how we address sexual violence in K-12 campuses in Colorado. We invited two panelists to guide us through procedural changes as a result of the new regulations and briefly how COVID-19 has and will impact process and procedures on K-12 campuses. Alexis King, Title IX Staff Attorney at Rocky Mountain Victim Law Center and Rebekah Ottenbreit, English Language Development Specialist and Title IX State Coordinator for the Colorado Department of Education will be leading this discussion.
