Rocky Mountain Victim Law Center (RMvlc) is a nonprofit law firm that elevates victims’ voices, champions victims’ rights, and transforms the systems impacting them. RMvlc provides pro-bono legal services to crime victims across Colorado ensuring access to high quality legal services and rights enforcement.
RMvlc is seeking an experienced victim advocate who is highly collaborative, compassionate, professional, and organized to offer key assistance and support to victims and survivors who seek RMvlc’s services. The Victim Services Specialist conducts intakes and assesses needs assessments for victims. The Victim Services Specialist also works closely with RMvlc’s attorneys to provide advocacy and support to victims and survivors including court accompaniment, case meetings, and legal case management. The Victim Rights Intake Specialist is also responsible for representing RMvlc at key-community meetings, providing outreach, and providing trainings to allied professionals as needed.
