Role Summary: Wings seeks a skilled, conscientious, preferably bilingual, licensed mental health professional to serve as part-time Psychoeducational Support Group Facilitator. Facilitators maintain safety and boundaries for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse who attend weekly psychoeducational support groups. The purpose of these groups is not to provide trauma treatment in a group setting. Rather, it is to enhance members’ healing process in group, as they move through required individual therapy in the community. This position is expected to facilitate up to four groups each week, which will meet on various days and times, and may include evenings. Currently Wings psychoeducational support groups meet weekly for two hours. This position will include some hours for providing PRN coverage for Wings support group program, as your availability allows. This staff will also conduct Wings’ Survivor Services Assessments to determine whether adult survivors are ready to join support group.

Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary commensurate with experience starting at $30 – $35/hr. Part-time employees receive pro-rated pay for 10 annual holidays and earn Paid Time Off plus Sick & Safe Leave based on hours worked. Part-time employees also have the option to contribute to a retirement plan with up to 3% employer match.
