This webinar will discuss Colorado’s enacted Extreme Risk Protection Orders law (ERPO, or red flag). ERPO’s are used to temporarily remove firearms from a person who is danger to self or others. This presentation will discuss who can file for an ERPO, how it is done, and what happens after an ERPO is approved.
