Agueda Morgan, Director of Programs
Agueda joined CCASA in July 2015. She has worked in the field to end sexual violence since 2006, when she began volunteering on the hotline at Moving to End Sexual Assault (MESA) in Boulder County. From 2007-2015, she worked in a paid staff position at MESA providing direct client services to survivors of sexual violence through case management and advocacy; managing their 24-hour English and Spanish crisis line; coordinating, training, and supervising advocates; providing community outreach and education to the Latin@/Hispanic community; and collaborating with other community services providers through the local sexual assault response team and other efforts. Agueda’s experience also includes working for the Women, Infant and Children program in Denver. She earned a BS in Health Care Management and Nutrition from Metropolitan State College of Denver, and a MPA with a concentration in Gender-Based Violence from the University of Colorado-Denver.
