Morgan Carroll is special counsel at the law firm of Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh & Jardine, P.C. and represents sexual assault survivors in civil cases. She served in the Colorado state legislature for 12 years, including as Senate President and Majority Leader. During that time she saw the importance of CCASA’s work. She is author of Take Back Your Government: A Citizen’s Guide to Grassroots Change.
