Event Details:
The 2023 Annual SART Institute will be a HYBRID event, held in-person in the 18th Judicial District and virtually. We hope this option allows those not able to step away from their office an opportunity to learn and share time with others. The Institute will be held Wednesday, August 9th, from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm in Centennial, CO and virtually.*
*More information (location and parking instructions or a ZOOM link) will be provided after registration.
Registration Information:
Registration is free for CCASA members (organizations not individual members) and CCASA members can bring up to 3 others members from their SART team for a total of 4 (even if those team members are not CCASA members). If your SART has 2 CCASA organizational members, you can bring up to 8 total participants for free. Each additional member can register at the cost of $50 in person/$30 virtual per participant.
Please note: To register for this event as a member, please make sure that you have a Coalition Manager profile. You must register others who are from your SART to have them included at no cost. Contact your agency’s Coalition Manager administrator to add you to the staff list. If you still need support, contact Kathy Holland, Program & Member Services Administrator, at kathy@ccasa.org for help accessing your profile.
If you are not a CCASA member and unaffiliated with a member as part of your SART, the cost of registration is $50 in person/$30 virtual per participant.
Topics:
The SART Institute is an opportunity for people addressing sexual violence in their community as a team/collaborative effort to gather, collaborate and advance their learning. We will have sessions on policy updates, innovative solutions to common barriers for SARTs, navigating the criminal justice system, and a survivor experience panel among other topics.
We value access and safety and strive to make our meetings accessible and welcoming to all participants. Please note, we can only guarantee accommodations for registrations submitted before July 31, 2023. Any request made after July 31st or day-of requests cannot be guaranteed, but every effort will be made to accommodate those requests.
If you have any questions, please contact Agueda Morgan, at agueda@ccasa.org
