Shelby Gonzales

Originally from New Mexico, Shelby moved to Colorado in 2014 and is working towards degrees in both Social Work and Criminal Justice and Criminology.  Shelby currently works as the Coordinator of Student Well-Being at Trinidad State College and is a volunteer victim advocate for Advocates Against Domestic Assault. She has dedicated her career to advocacy and social work, as well as coordinated responses to the overall well-being of others. She also sits on the executive board for the Trinidad Coalition for the Unhoused and is highly active in her community. In her spare time, Shelby can be found spending time with her family, reading, or playing volleyball.
