Bilingual SafeCare Case Manager
The mission of Family Tree is to help people overcome child abuse, domestic violence and homelessness to become safe, strong and self-reliant.
DIVISION/PROGRAM: Child and Youth Services-SafeCare
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in a human service related field, with 2 years of experience providing case management or home visiting services strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills required. Computer proficiency required, with skills in MS Word, Excel, Access, and web-based database preferred. Knowledge of community resources in Metro Denver preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) oral and written skills required.
POSITION SUMMARY: Provide home-based case management to parents/caregivers of children aged 0 – 5 years, including assessment, crisis intervention, referrals/linkages to community resources, financial assistance, follow-up, and supportive services to enhance and support family’s participation in SafeCare Colorado services.
SCHEDULE: Full-time, non-exempt, 40 hours per week.
